Startup America has moved and morphed and a number of the articles that were there are no longer there, so I am rewriting this blog post with relevant links to article that more or less address the same subject matter. Here is an article from Inc.com “How to create an investor presentation” by Scott Gerber. Investors like to look at things familiar to them, it also forces any entrepreneur to think about KPIs, business models and Ratios of established businesses to determine their own baselines. This is the discipline of managing a company, basically figuring out what you need to measure in your business and using that to determine your goals.
